Rocky Ledge Estates is a shovel ready neighborhood with direct access from Highway 299 and the Shasta Trinity National Forest in our backyard! There are 24 estate parcels and we own eight with a total of 41.48 acres. Rocky Ledge Development & Hospitality LLC will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Legacy Anchor Partners. The team of builders are our employees and our onsite concierge manages our 8 short-term rentals. The Phase One construction will be completed in 12-18 months and with our showcase of energy efficient OmniBlock homes that are fireproof and soundproof, our construction team will bid to build the remaining 16 parcels and our property management services expand.

Each of our eight Private Resort Homes rents for one week with our online SaaS Hostiway Property Management system. Our onsite concierge host our guests and all reservations and accounting is online and available for our partners. 

The Sierra Foothills Ranch is a 3 bedroom/2 bath single level on five private acres with end of the road hilltop privacy and amazing views. Above the valley fog and below the snow, we are minutes away from the Gold Discovery Site (Sutter's Mill/Coloma) and our Gold Hill micro-climate is known as the "Banana Belt" where citrus trees flourish. El Dorado County is for wine...Napa is for autoparts! Ski Tahoe after a relaxing nights rest and be the first to arrive after a one hour drive without the traffic. Choose from Highway 80 or Highway 50. This ranch will be managed by the RELP and each of our three partners will have 117 days each year and our LP pays for it all before issueing the K-1. Imagine owning a vacation ranch and never having to work on it! Partners can decide to let others enjoy the private pool, or trade days with Kindred to open a world of travel using barter. This location is ideal for exploring the Sierra Nevada mountains.
